(1) DEFINITIONS
The expression “online sales contract” means the purchase and sale contract relating to the tangible movable assets of the homesecrets.store partner company, stipulated between them and the Buyer as part of a distance selling system via telematic tools, organized by the Supplier.
The expression “Buyer” means the consumer, a natural person who makes the purchase for purposes not related to any commercial or professional activity carried out.

The expression “PARTNER COMPANY” means the person who carries out the sale of the goods covered by this contract.
2) IDENTIFICATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3) OBJECT AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet by the Buyer accessing homesecrets.store, where, following the indicated procedures, the Buyer formalizes the purchase proposal.

6) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS
Deliveries occur without extra charges beyond what was agreed upon at checkout.
International customers may be subject to local duties or taxes, payable separately.
Delivery will be made to the house number, not the floor.
Upon receiving goods, the Buyer must verify:
- The number of packages matches the transport document.
- The packaging is intact and untampered.
If damage is visible, the Buyer must refuse the package or accept with a written reservation on the delivery note.
9) AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The PARTNER COMPANY of homesecrets.store ensures prompt order fulfillment.

10) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

13) BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before completing the order.
14) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days from the day of order or receipt of goods, by sending an email to homesecrets.store@gmail.com.
If goods have been shipped, the Buyer must return them unused, with intact packaging, along with the relevant invoice or delivery note.
Shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the Buyer.
15) GOODS EXCHANGE
The PARTNER COMPANY of homesecrets.store allows the Buyer to exchange goods for the same item within 10 working days of receipt.
To request an exchange, the Buyer must email homesecrets.store@gmail.com indicating the product code and reason for exchange.
All transport costs for exchanges are borne by the Buyer.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for tampered or used products, items on sale, or customized products.
